Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) in Fresno, CA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for a caseload of patients. You will develop and implement treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and coordinate care across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, adjusting plans monthly, and ensuring 100% adherence to supervision hours while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst (BACB) required.
• Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) required.
• Must pass tuberculosis test and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure that all supervision hours are at 100% treatment adherence each month.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify the function of the behavior.
• Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation in medical records.
