Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, develop and monitor treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and coordinate care across settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification; experience with ASD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Promote optimal outcomes through clinical judgment.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence monthly.
• Provide coaching and training to behavior technicians.
• Coordinate care across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
