Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in San Diego is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee comprehensive ABA treatment for a caseload of clients in center, home, school, or telehealth settings. You will develop and update treatment plans, supervise behavioral technicians, train caregivers, and ensure adherence to HIPAA and BACB guidelines.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA, be BACB certified, and have ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• BACB-verified Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach behavioral technicians.
• Promote outcomes using clinical judgment.
• Update treatment plans monthly.
• Communicate with caregivers and payers.
• Travel locally between center, homes and community sites.
