Pho Prime, LLC is seeking Lead Technicians who are experienced ABA professionals to support high-quality treatment delivery while mentoring Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analysts. You will deliver treatment according to protocol, strengthen team operations with administrative support, and assist clinical leaders on special projects, with promotion opportunities in as little as 3 months.

A high school diploma and at least 1,000 hours of ABA experience are required; this on-site role offers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1,000 hours of ABA experience
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to mentor and coach technicians

Responsabilités

• Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients using ABA
• Attend scheduled treatment sessions and provide alternate coverage
• Provide clinical support, mentoring and coaching to technicians
• Follow all client treatment and safety processes and procedures
• Document services delivered accurately and timely
• Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability
