Job summary

Credence seeks an Ab Initio Architect and SME to support modernization of an Army system to Ab Initio. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and ensure government needs are met.

Onboarding is planned for September 2026 at our Dayton, OH or McLean, VA offices. Responsibilities include designing data process concepts, leading end‑to‑end ETL workflows, writing requirements, and validating code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of enterprise data integration, specifically with Ab Initio and related tools.
• Minimum 7 years in data integration, architecture and ETL development, with at least 5 years focused on Ab Initio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document high-level data process designs for migration and modernization to Ab Initio; write efficient ETL code.
• Lead end-to-end ETL workflows within Ab Initio to optimize data flow and system integration.
• Gather and analyze system and data requirements; create System/Functional Requirement Documents.
• Analyze legacy data workflows and propose improvements for performance and scalability.
• Lead ETL process design; utilize Oracle SQL, Ab Initio, and related tech for data conversion and integration.
