Job summary

Credence is a privately held technology services company supporting federal defense and health organizations. As an Ab Initio Developer, you will design and build ETL workflows to support DoD modernization efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable data solutions.

This role requires deep experience with Ab Initio GDE, ConductIT, ExpressIT, and EME, plus API integrations, Agile practices, and an active security clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ETL & data integration experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years development experience with at least 1 year Ab Initio experience.
• Experience building integrations across APIs, legacy systems, and heterogeneous data sources.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT I certification (A+ or SSCA).
• U.S. citizenship; active security clearance.
• Experience with Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Ab Initio ETL workflows for enterprise data integration.
• Build and optimize data pipelines across databases, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Troubleshoot, test, and validate ETL jobs for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Document ETL processes and support quality and change management standards.
• Support modernization of legacy business rules onto Ab Initio BRE.
