Job summary

4Wall Entertainment is seeking an A/V Department Lead in Las Vegas. You will supervise the A/V Department Technicians, oversee maintenance, repairs, and quality control of servers, cameras, switchers, LED tiles, projectors, Com Systems, wireless mic systems, audio consoles, and other AV gear.

You will inspect, prep, maintain, and organize all equipment per 4Wall quality standards and procedures, provide training, and support a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with AV equipment including servers, cameras, switchers, LED tiles, projectors, com systems, wireless mics, and audio consoles.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles and rigging/mounting of video/projection equipment.
• Ability to provide operational support and technical training for all department products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the A/V Department Technicians and ensure maintenance, repair, and quality control of gear.
• Inspect, prep, maintain, and organize equipment per 4Wall standards.
• Oversee setup, operation, and decommissioning of AV gear in live environments.
• Troubleshoot and repair AV equipment and coach staff as needed.
