Job summary

4Wall in Las Vegas is seeking an A/V Department Lead to supervise the A/V Department Technicians and oversee the maintenance, repair, and quality control of servers, cameras, switchers, LED tiles, projectors, and related systems.

You will inspect and prep equipment to 4Wall quality standards, train staff, and coordinate effective on-site support in a fast-paced environment; overtime and on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with servers, cameras, switchers, LED tiles, projectors, digital com systems, wireless microphone systems, audio consoles and other AV equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles and rigging/mounting of video/projection equipment.
• Ability to provide operational support and technical training for all products in the department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the A/V Department Technicians and ensure quality control of AV gear.
• Inspect, maintain, and organize equipment per 4Wall standards.
• Provide troubleshooting and repair of AV equipment and on-call as needed.
