Responsibilities

• Execute pre-production planning and logistics with various teams.
• Manage event production timelines and scheduling.
• Organize and manage meetings and events.
• Create and run all C-suite level events, both virtual and hybrid.
• Operate and troubleshoot audio/video systems; maintain hardware.
• Provide end-user instruction and training; setup meetings and AV support.
