Job summary

AlphaX seeks an experienced A/E Project Manager to lead architecture and engineering projects from planning through design development, permitting, and construction administration. You will manage budgets, schedules, technical teams, and client relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors, leading design reviews, and maintaining thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in architecture, engineering, or multidisciplinary design.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong understanding of design development, permitting, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Ability to manage projects from initial design through final delivery.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of professional services agreements and design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through design development, permitting, and construction administration.
• Establish project scopes, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Direct architects, engineers, consultants, and external partners to meet deadlines.
• Monitor milestones, design submissions, approvals, and progress against plans.
• Maintain project documentation including minutes, budgets, schedules, status reports, and change records.
• Report project performance, risks, and schedule developments to leadership.
• Improve project delivery through effective coordination and workflows.
