Job summary

Kiewit Architectural & Engineering (KAE) in Texas is hiring an Architectural/Engineering Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary building projects spanning federal, healthcare, and mission-critical sectors.

The role oversees the full lifecycle from concept through construction, guiding integrated teams of engineers and architects, ensuring design quality, schedules, and client satisfaction in a dynamic, client-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and design of building systems with progressive project leadership responsibilities.
• At least 5 years experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering and architecture teams through all phases of design from proposal to final construction.
• Experience delivering projects in federal/government, healthcare, mission critical, education, nuclear, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams on complex building projects.
• Manage projects through all phases: conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents, and construction support.
• Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Ensure projects meet technical, quality, safety, constructability, and client expectations.
