Kiewit Architectural & Engineering (KAE) seeks an experienced Architectural/Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex building projects across Federal, Healthcare, Nuclear, and more. The role covers from early concept to construction support, guiding integrated teams of engineers and architects to high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in building systems design and proven leadership in fast-paced, client-driven environments, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related engineering field.
• 12+ years in architecture, engineering and design of building systems with progressive leadership.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary engineering and architecture teams.
• Experience in sectors: Federal/Government, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Sports & Entertainment, Transit/Aviation, Education, Nuclear, Industrial, Power.
• Strong knowledge of design-build delivery methods and integrated project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams (mechanical, electrical, structural, architecture, civil, and specialty) on complex building projects.
• Manage projects through all phases: conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents, and construction support.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Ensure projects meet technical, quality, safety, constructability, and client expectations.
