Job summary

iBase-t is seeking an experienced Lean Operations Consultant to join the Customer Success group. The LOC applies A&D manufacturing experience to improve shop floor changes, bridging between CVPs and Expert Services.

The role emphasizes hands-on shop floor credibility, leading kaizen events, standard work, and OCM plans, with frequent travel to US sites and international engagements. You will deliver Lean Assessments, reports, and actionable recommendations to drive adoption and measurable

Qualifications

10+ years in aerospace and defense manufacturing operations, lean manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
Proven record of driving organizational change on the shop floor with measurable results.
Deep knowledge of A&D shop floor processes: work orders, FAI, NCR, DCMA context.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; kaizen, VSM, standard work, PDCA experience.

Responsibilities

Lead lean assessments at customer sites, map current-state workflows, identify friction points.
Develop and execute site-specific OCM plans with targeted engagement strategies.
Translate assessment findings into Solumina configuration guidance for Expert Services.
Coordinate with CVP, provide quantified improvement findings for VRF.
Contribute to knowledge base and participate in user groups.
