Job summary

iBase-t seeks a Lean Operations Consultant with deep A&D manufacturing credibility to lead on-site assessments, drive organizational change, and align Solumina configuration with lean improvements. You will quantify friction points, build executive sponsorship, and guide cross‑functional teams through kaizen events and standard work development.

You will collaborate with CVPs and ES to ensure recommendations translate into measurable floor improvements, sustainment plans, and long‑term value

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aerospace and defense manufacturing operations or industrial engineering.
• Experience driving organizational change in A&D manufacturing environments.
• Kaizen events and PDCA methodology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lean assessments at customer facilities and identify friction points.
• Develop targeted OCM plans addressing resistance patterns on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with Expert Services to translate findings into Solumina configuration recommendations.
• Brief CVP and support executive sponsorship for process changes.
