Chitra Productions in Fort Lee, VA is seeking an experienced 92W Water Treatment Specialist Instructor to support the U.S. Army Quartermaster School training operations.

The role involves classroom, blended-learning, and hands-on instruction to train Soldiers in water treatment operations. The instructor will develop and deliver content aligned to POIs and CMPs, use IMI technologies, and evaluate student performance while maintaining a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• MOS 92W – Water Treatment Specialist with six years of experience.
• Prior instructional or observer/controller experience.
• Experience with blended-learning and IMI technologies.
• Ability to complete Range Safety Course and become range-certified within 60 days.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, blended-learning, hands-on practical exercises, and examinations.
• Train, observe, monitor, and evaluate students.
• Conduct instruction per POIs, CMPs, Army doctrine, and TRADOC requirements.
• Use blended-learning products and IMI for course delivery.
• Provide hands-on training with water treatment equipment and systems.
• Operate instructional technology and materials, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor safety and performance; provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, professional learning environment.
• Collaborate with Government personnel, instructors, students, and staff.
• Support training across classrooms, shops, field-training sites, ranges.
