Job summary

Topsarge Business Solutions in Fort Lee, NJ, seeks an experienced instructor to train and monitor students in 92A MOS across classroom and hands-on exercises. You will manage PE sessions, update lesson plans, and ensure classroom readiness including equipment and materials.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to complete CFDP-IC and ISCTC training, with a focus on safety and performance under challenging conditions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in 92A MOS.
• Prior instructor or observer/controller experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Must complete CFDP-IC and ISCTC training.
• Achieve 90+ on written and practical exams within 30 days.
• NO-GO ratings limited on Instructor Observation Rubric (last two evaluations).
• Right-seat ride must be completed before providing instructor services.
• Moderate lifting up to 45 lbs and long periods of standing.
• Capable of working in extreme temperatures (15°F to 110°F).
• Able to train and monitor students in classroom, PE, and hands-on exams.
• Familiar with Blended Learning and GCSS-Army Live eEnv.

Responsibilities

• Train and monitor students during classroom, PE, and hands-on examination.
• Maintain and update lesson plans for 92A MOS and related courses.
• Assist with translation of lesson plans to distance learning formats.
• Support quarterly Deep Dives and foreign delegation visits.
• Reconfigure classrooms, stock materials, and maintain training aides and equipment.
• Ensure Test Room materials and tests are up to date.
