Job summary

Topsarge Business Solutions seeks a seasoned 92Y MOS instructor to train and monitor students in classroom settings, hands-on exercises, and examinations. You will update lesson plans for Army MOS courses, support the Training Development Capability software, and ensure materials are accurate and current.

The role requires 6 years of MOS experience, proven instructional ability, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

6 years of experience in 92Y MOS.
Prior experience as an instructor or observer/controller.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Ability to complete CFDP-IC and ISCTC courses.
Ability to achieve required exam scores within deadlines.
Evaluator/instructor assessments with criteria.
Ability to perform right-seat ride prior to instructional duties.

Responsibilities

Train and monitor students during classroom and hands-on exercises and hands-on exams.
Maintain and update lesson plans for AIT and MOS courses.
Translate lesson plans into Distance Learning Courseware.
Support Test Room by maintaining Test Control Material.
Assist with QMS Department Deep Dives and foreign delegation visits.
Provide remediation training and manage classroom setup and materials.
Stock training materials and equipment; support outdoor sites as needed.
