Job summary

Topsarge Business Solutions seeks an experienced 92A MOS instructor to train and monitor students during classroom sessions, hands-on exercises, and hands-on examinations. You will update lesson plans, support TDC software, and ensure readiness for QMS Deep Dives and foreign delegation visits.

Travel may be required to support training events. Requirements include 6 years in 92A MOS, prior instructor or observer/controller experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to complete CFDP-IC

Qualifications

6 years of experience in 92A MOS.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Able to complete CFDP-IC.
Able to complete ISCTC.
Able to achieve high scores on exams with limited attempts.

Responsibilities

Train and monitor students during classroom, hands-on practical exercises, and hands-on exams.
Maintain and update lesson plans and training aids.
Support Test Room by updating Test Control Material and entering results.
Translate and transfer lesson plans to Distance Learning Courseware and TDC software.
Assist with quarterly Deep Dives and weekly Foreign Delegation Visits to CASCOM.
Reconfigure classrooms and maintain training equipment; stock materials.
