Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5 years of experience using 3 and 5 axis NC milling machines.
• Reading and building from CAD (NX, Catia, or blueprints) proficient.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Trade school certificate or enrollment and/or Bachelor’s Degree enhance candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Model prep (packing clay, foaming fixtures) and model set-up within a gridded system.
• Operate 3 and 5 axis milling machines, post mills, and vertical milling centers.
• Work with materials including composite foams, clay, metals and plastics.
