ARCH Medical Solutions in Blandon, PA is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer. You will develop programs for complex 5-axis milling, Swiss turning, and conventional machines using GibbsCAM and Mastercam, optimize processes, and mentor machinists in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CNC machining, GD&T knowledge, and strong background in tooling design, CAM software, and production planning.

Qualifications

• Technical training in precision machining and an engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of CNC machining/manufacturing experience is required.
• Proficiency in GibbsCAM, Mastercam or similar CAM software and G-code knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs and manufacturing processes for 5-axis, mill-turn and Swiss parts.
• Program parts and fixtures using Gibbs CAM and CAM software.
• Optimize feeds, speeds and processes for maximum efficiency.
• Design fixtures and cutting tools and use simulations to verify code.
• Support new product introduction and continuous improvement efforts.
