Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs and manufacturing processes for 5-axis mills, mill-turns, and Swiss lathes.
• Program parts and fixtures using CAM software (Gibbs CAM).
• Optimize feeds, speeds, and processes for efficiency.
• Design fixtures and cutting tools.
• Use simulation software to ensure collision-free code.
• Collaborate with machinists to resolve programming issues.
• Mentor and teach machinists new skills.
