Woodward in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer III to join our manufacturing team on the first shift. You will program and optimize CNC machines, including 5-axis equipment, to produce precision aerospace components.

Use Mastercam and Esprit to develop and edit programs, read engineering drawings with GD&T, and collaborate with machinists and manufacturing engineers to improve cycle times, tooling, and production efficiency.

Formación

• Strong CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on 5-axis CNC programming experience is essential.
• Experience with Mastercam and/or Esprit.
• Experience with Okuma CNC machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
• Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Program and optimize CNC machines, including 5-axis machining equipment.
• Use Mastercam and Esprit to develop and edit CNC programs.
• Read engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times, tooling, and production efficiency.
• Work closely with machinists and manufacturing engineers to support production.
