Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of 5-axis CNC programming and machining experience.
• Strong expertise with Mastercam.
• Hands-on experience with DMG Mori 5-axis machines.
• Proven ability machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, or Inconel.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs for complex metal components.
• Program, set up, and refine machining operations on DMG Mori and Haas 5-axis CNC machines.
• Translate CAD models and GD&T drawings into efficient, repeatable machining strategies.
• Select and optimize tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting strategies for throughput and quality.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and work hands-on with machinists to resolve them.
• Maintain CNC program libraries, documentation, and standardized best practices.
• Drive process improvements to reduce cycle times and increase machine utilization.
• Provide hands-on technical support and training on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with quality, inspection, and safety standards.
