Ideal candidates have 4+ years of CNC experience, familiarity with Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens controls, and a disciplined approach to safety and precision.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, models, process sheets, and GD&T requirements.
• 4+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably multi-axis milling.
• Experience with 5-axis CNC machining in toolroom, die-making, or high-precision setting.
• Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, Mazak, Haas, or Okuma.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, workholding methods, and tool wear management.
• Ability to read accurate measurement data and perform dimensional inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce dies, cavities, cores, and tooling components.
• Load, verify, and run CNC programs; adjust offsets and tool lengths to maintain part quality.
• Install fixtures, vises, pallets, workholding, and tooling assemblies.
• Machine tool steels and other die-casting tooling materials.
• Read drawings and GD&T to ensure tolerances and surface finishes.
• Perform in-process inspections and document results according to quality procedures.
