Job summary

HEICO is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and run 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC centers. You will produce aluminum tooling and trim composite parts per drawings, verify first articles, and document all activities.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced shop environment. Candidates should have at least two years of CNC experience, proficiency with measuring tools, and the ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

Qualifications

• Two years of CNC machining experience with setup and operation using existing programs.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC centers to manufacture aluminum tooling and trim composites.
• Load approved CNC programs, confirm revision numbers, and monitor machining operations.
• Record production data, measure parts, and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Inspect tools, adjust offsets, and perform routine maintenance as required.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety and quality requirements.
