Intelli Platforms Inc is seeking an expert 401(k) administrator to support the full lifecycle of defined contribution plans, leveraging FIS Relius for administration, document handling, and government filings.

You will ensure ERISA compliance, daily plan administration, and thorough testing, while advising clients on plan design amid evolving SECURE 2.0 requirements. This role reports to the Pension Services team and involves direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• Expert-level hands-on experience with FIS Relius (Admin, Documents, Government Forms).
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, 401(k) daily admin, ADP/ACP testing, and Form 5500 filings.

Responsabilités

• Manage 401(k)/Profit Sharing plan administration & reconciliations.
• Lead compliance testing, corrective distributions, and YEDC workflows.
• Direct client consulting on plan design and SECURE 2.0 updates.
