Job summary

You’ll design and optimize retirement plans, lead meetings, and work closely with advisors to grow client relationships, delivering high-quality service without full-time burnout. This role is onsite with client engagement and offers flexible part-time scheduling to accommodate meaningful work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep 401(k) / retirement plan experience.
• Strong command of ERISA, compliance, and plan operations.
• Ability to walk into a room and own it.
• Polished, credible, and highly professional presence.
• Experience with plan design, benchmarking, and fiduciary guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on plan design, strategy, and fiduciary responsibility
• Leading participant meetings and delivering clear, confident presentations
• Overseeing plan health — benchmarking, compliance, and optimization
• Acting as the go-to expert for retirement plan questions
• Working directly with advisors to deepen client relationships
