Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is required.
• Eight to 12 years of relevant professional experience in program management or related areas.
• Experience in healthcare consulting, specialty pharmaceutical distribution, or a 3PL environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex 3PL and specialty pharmaceutical programs from pre-launch planning through lifecycle management.
• Develop execution plans aligned with commercial, market access, and operational objectives.
• Translate enterprise strategies into program priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Evaluate scientific, clinical, financial, and strategic information to guide recommendations.
• Prepare executive reports, business cases, and customer-facing materials.
• Independently determine the best approach for new and complex initiatives.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Lead customer meetings, business reviews, and executive communications.
