Job summary

The Remedy Group is seeking an experienced pharmacist and people leader to strengthen the link between Program Management and Operations for specialty pharmacy programs and product launches. This role combines account strategy, launch leadership, data analysis, and team development across functions, driving risk reduction and aligned execution.

Ideal candidates will have a Doctor of Pharmacy, 8–12 years of experience, and 3–5 years in people management, with strong skills in leadership,

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college.
• Maintain pharmacist licensure in all assigned states.
• 8–12 years of relevant professional experience.
• 3–5 years of people-management or team-lead experience.
• Extensive knowledge of customized patient-support services.
• Strong program-management and implementation experience.
• Ability to use data to identify trends and drive actions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage several programs, launches, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Launch Strategy and Execution.
• Serve as the primary connection between Program Management and Operations.
• Align internal stakeholders around launch requirements, responsibilities and timelines.
• Guide specialty pharmacy programs through pre-launch planning, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
• Identify operational gaps and barriers before they affect execution.
• Ensure teams remain accountable, responsive, and proactive.
• Coordinate timely resolution of issues impacting service delivery or launch success.
• Translate program performance into actionable client recommendations.
• Develop and strengthen account relationships through clear communication and reliable execution.
• Apply data-driven insights to improve results and collaboration.
