Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a seasoned PLM Specialist with deep 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA expertise to design, migrate, and support enterprise PLM capabilities in a global, multi-site environment. You will drive modernization from legacy apps to a scalable 3DX platform, delivering secure, user-friendly interfaces and data pipelines.

The role emphasizes development of 3DX/ENOVIA code, DevOps for PLM, data migration, and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering and IT.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical, or related field.
10+ years in PLM with hands-on 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA, data modeling and performance tuning.
Proficiency in MQL, JPOs, and 3DEXPERIENCE Web Services; experience in custom widgets/UI components.
Strong data migration, validation, and automated testing practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy 3DX/ENOVIA customizations and integrations (MQL/JPO, Web Services).
Lead 3DX patching, upgrades, and change documentation; manage risk and rollback plans.
Provide L2/L3 support, root-cause analysis, and knowledge-base creation; collaborate with vendors.
Establish CI/CD for PLM components; implement prototyping, testing, and deployment workflows.
