Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Extensive experience with Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks.
• Hands-on experience in 3D modelling, design, printing and testing mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, specifications, and procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist in setting up and starting ribbon lines to support Installation team efforts.
• Design and implement mechanical solutions and process changes to improve capability of manufacturing equipment.
• Solve mechanical and process issues through data analysis and collaboration with SMEs.
• Manage spare part identification and storeroom entry; note available spares within plant footprint.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements.
• Create, print and test 3D models in Autodesk Inventor; integrate equipment to optimize production processes.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Assist with new equipment installation, process transfers, and plant expansion efforts.
