Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role or environment.
• Extensive Autodesk Inventor 3D modelling experience.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Hands-on experience in 3D modelling, design, printing and testing of components.
• Proficiency with SPC, MES, and process data analysis.
• Able to read and interpret technical documentation, specs and procedures.
• Understanding of cleanroom operations and contamination control.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Attention to safe material handling per environmental and hazardous materials protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize cleanroom-based optical ribbon and cable manufacturing processes.
• Monitor lines to ensure quality product and perform QA checks to specification.
• Create, print and test 3D models in Autodesk Inventor; collaborate on equipment integration.
• Support preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives for equipment.
• Ensure adherence to cleanroom SOPs and safety requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze process data to improve yield, throughput, and uptime.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives.
