Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a 3D Inspection Programmer & Analyst in Greenville, SC. This role focuses on developing inspection programs, performing dimensional analysis, and supporting cross-functional teams in manufacturing quality initiatives.

You will work with advanced 3D scanning technologies, contribute to continuous improvement, and routinely use ZEISS INSPECT/GOM software to drive product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years dimensional inspection experience required.
• 3+ years hands-on with ZEISS INSPECT/GOM for 3D inspection.
• Ability to interpret drawings, MBD, and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Independent and team-oriented manufacturing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and optimize Blue Light inspection programs using ZEISS INSPECT.
• Provide 3D inspection analysis support to Manufacturing Engineering.
• Assist shop-floor activities: 3D scanning, program execution, data review.
• Develop work instructions, documentation, and standardized methods.
• Train operators on new processes and continuous improvement.
• Analyze dimensional data to identify issues and corrective actions.
• Collaborate跨 functional teams to resolve challenges and improve processes.
• Support safety, quality, delivery, and cost initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects in inspection operations.
• Manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
