Job summary

CPC is seeking an experienced technician to operate high-resolution CT systems, optimize scan parameters, and perform 3D metrology against CAD models. You will analyze data with VGStudio MAX and GOM Inspect, apply ASME Y14.5 GD&T, and support R&D through DFM feedback.

Radiation safety management and routine maintenance are required. You will collaborate with design and quality teams, travel less than 10%, and contribute to ISO/ASQ certifications while ensuring ALARA practices and continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Quality industry or 5+ years in Metrology in lieu of a degree
• 1+ years of hands-on experience operating industrial X-ray or CT scanning equipment for inspection or metrology
• Strong understanding of ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards
• Exposure to ISO 9001:2015 and 13485:2016
• Proven data analysis skills and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanning systems and optimize parameters for high-quality data
• Perform 3D dimensional inspections and compare to CAD models
• Conduct GD&T evaluations on complex features
• Prepare comprehensive metrology and inspection reports for design and quality teams
• Support NPD efforts with design for inspectability and root-cause analysis
• Maintain radiation safety plans and compliance
• Assist with calibration and preventive maintenance of X-ray equipment
