Job summary

Spiro is seeking a Senior 3D Experience Designer to join our Creative team for a fully remote US role. You will craft immersive, award-winning experiences for major brands by collaborating with Creative Directors and global teams, translating ideas into practical, visual solutions and fabrication-ready drawings.

We value restless curiosity, strong visualization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within budget while delivering standout experiences across physical and digital

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6+ years in corporate events or experiential industry with a background in brand design, environmental, spatial and visual storytelling.
• A passion for latest trends in design, culture and innovation.
• A balance of materials, space and light to create innovative inviting spaces.
• Experience across design process from insights to fabrication.
• Ability to produce presentation and execution drawings including floor plans and elevations.
• Understanding of technology integration and working with partners.
• A wide range of materials, finishes, fabrication methods for environments.
• Strong presentation skills and vision articulation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Be a big idea thinker and experiential storyteller.
• Partner with Creative Directors to develop best-in-class experiential solutions.
• Create environmental design ideas for events, activations, conferences, and trade shows.
• Create detailed 3D visualizations like floor plans, renderings, elevations.
• Collaborate across teams to bring ideas to life across a program while meeting commitments.
