Spiro is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. The Senior Graphic Designer will bring collaborative 2D creative designs and presentations to life, working with creative teams to translate ideation into experiential presentations with your 2D DNA.

The role emphasizes delivering elegant, on-brand designs that exceed client expectations. The candidate should have 6-8 years of agency design experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent), and a portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education/experience.
• 6-8 years agency design experience.
• Portfolio required at time of application.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D solutions and presentations that are best-in-class and bring ideas to reality.
• Support senior creatives to bring 2D ideation to various graphic media with flair and consistency within brand guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional PowerPoint presentations and other digital graphic design solutions.
• Maintain strong teamwork and meet tight deadlines across the global creative network.
