Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking a seasoned 365 Admin and Help Desk Manager to lead IT operations focused on Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystem, endpoint management, security, and compliance with CMMC and NIST SP 800-171. This hybrid role can be based in Manassas, VA or Charleston, SC and involves strategic leadership with hands-on security and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Cybersecurity/CS.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments (E3/E5 preferred) with expertise in security and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Manage Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and Autopilot provisioning across multiple platforms.
• Oversee Defender for Endpoint/O365 and Defender for Identity for threat protection and incident response.
• Administer Sentinel for SIEM, analytics, and automated response workflows.
• Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 2, including SSP maintenance and POA&M tracking.
• Lead the help desk team, including staffing, training, and escalation processes.
• Develop IT policies and zero-trust controls (MFA, conditional access, DLP) and monitor compliance and performance.
