Job summary

Rhode Island Hospital seeks a senior leader to manage the 340B Compliance Program for Brown University Health. You will oversee HRSA/OPA requirements, policy updates, and contract pharmacy governance to maximize compliant utilization and financial opportunities.

You will coordinate with finance, information systems, and pharmacy leadership, deliver regular executive reports, and drive strategic growth while ensuring program integrity across all covered entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or health-related field, MBA/MPA/PharmD preferred.
• Master’s degree highly preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure annual HRSA recertification within required timeframe.
• Maintain HRSA/OPA systems data accuracy for all covered entities.
• Monitor 340B guidance and assess impact of changes.
• Develop/update 340B policies and procedures as rules evolve.
• Oversee 340B audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead quarterly/annual 340B participation reports and dashboards.
