Malone Workforce Solutions in Louisville, KY is seeking a 1st Shift Operations Supervisor-Receiving to lead inbound warehouse and receiving operations in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will oversee daily receiving activities, employee performance, safety, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy while aligning with internal and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years in warehouse/distribution/receiving environment.
• Experience with receiving operations, inbound freight, dock flow, put-away, inventory movement.
• Experience managing performance, coaching, employee development, and accountability.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience utilizing warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools.
• Lean, continuous improvement, or process improvement experience is highly valued.

1st Shift Operations Supervisor – Receiving | Direct Hire | Full-Time | Louisville, KY

We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift, Operations Supervisor-Receiving to lead inbound warehouse and receiving operations within a stable, well-established distribution center located in Louisville, KY.

This individual will oversee daily receiving activities, employee performance, safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational execution while ensuring internal and customer expectations are met.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse leader with strong leadership skills who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and leading receiving operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Schedule

1st Shift, Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) (Based on business needs, may work as late as 4:30 PM or 5:30 PM.

Qualifications & Education

• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, receiving, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or industrial distribution environment
• Strong leadership skills; with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team of hourly warehouse employees
• Experience with receiving operations, inbound freight, dock flow, put-away, inventory movement, or shipping/receiving processes
• Experience managing performance, coaching, employee development, and accountability
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience utilizing warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools
• Lean, continuous improvement, or process improvement experience is highly valued

• Salary Range - $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 (Based on experience) + Bi-Annual Bonus!
