Job summary

Prelude is redefining how companies authenticate and onboard users, turning it into a growth lever. You will own sender ID registrations from start to finish, coordinating with providers, sales, and customers to speed up onboarding and expand into new markets.

We seek someone who loves automation, can navigate regulated markets, and stays proactive when providers stall, with English fluency and a base in Belgrade or a similar setting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in SMS, CPaaS, telco, or messaging compliance.
• Experience with sender ID registrations, ideally in regulated markets like the US, Spain, Ireland, Australia, Vietnam or the UAE.
• Interest in automating tasks and actively using AI tools.
• Ability to move forward when a provider stalls and own your cases with full context.
• Based in Serbia, ideally Belgrade, per job posting.

Responsibilities

• Run sender ID and brand registrations end to end, from collecting customer documents to confirming the sender is live.
• Gather the right documents for each country, such as letters of authorization, business licenses and opt-in proof.
• Follow up with messaging providers to keep processes moving when stalled.
• Review message templates against carrier rules and flag anything unusual.
• Keep registration setup up to date across countries and providers — sometimes 100+ countries in a month.
• Be the go-to person for Sales on registration questions: is it needed, is it paid, how long does it take.
• Build our registration playbook and automate repetitive parts.
• Join provider and customer calls to explain market requirements.
