Job summary

Woodbridge School seeks a Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team. This role is term-time only, up to 30 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with a 34-week year. You will deliver tailored support for students with additional learning needs and contribute to individual education plans.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND preferred.
• Knowledge of current curriculum developments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored support for students with additional learning needs.
• Plan, deliver, and assess learning activities in collaboration with teaching staff.
• Lead small group or one-to-one interventions.
• Support pupils up to GCSE level and contribute to IEP development.
