Job summary

South Lincolnshire Academies Trust Ltd. seeks Teaching Assistants to support SEN provision across Bourne, Spalding, Giles and Cowley academies. The role is 32.5 hours over 5 days within a 39-week year, with a salary of £21,267–£26,253 per annum plus a TAR allowance (£500–£3,500) depending on experience.

Successful candidates will be bright, confident, and able to support students and teachers. Experience with SEN is desirable; NVQ2 or above is preferred, and secondary student experience is
