About The Role

TEACHER – SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS - OPPORTUNITIES BASED IN SWINDERBY

Salary: £21,598 to £41,173 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Are you looking for a new challenge? At Kisimul, we support autistic children with learning disabilities at our schools in Lincolnshire. We are recruiting outstanding teachers to join our Education Team at schools in Swinderby (LN6).

We seek qualified teachers or those with relevant SEN experience who are supported to attain QTS, to create outstanding learning opportunities for pupils aged 9 to 18, with a person-centred approach.

About You

Experience and qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) or willingness to attain it.
  • Passionate about working with children with complex needs.
  • Knowledge of autism and neurodiverse approaches is desirable.
  • Experience across different age phases is advantageous.
