Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd seeks committed SEND tutors and teachers to support pupils with SEND and SEMH needs in the community. You will plan and deliver lessons in a trauma-informed manner and provide regular progress feedback.

Roles involve working with pupils referred by local authorities and schools, focusing on KS1–KS5 as appropriate for your skills. Requirements include QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS (facilitation available), and 2+ professional references.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed way.
• Familiarity with English, Maths and/or Science instruction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to pupils referred by local authorities and schools.

  We are working with Schools and Local Authorities in your area and are looking for Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers like you to transform the lives of Young People with SEND and SEMH needs in your community!, Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way
• Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
• Location: You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment
  Deeside, Flintshire - £28 - £35 per hour Contract
