Qualifications

• Able to lift and move inventory with minimal loss.
• Excellent observation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of foods per menus and instructions from the Chef Manager.
• Serve breakfast and lunch to 60–70 people daily, including seminarians, faculty and staff.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area after meals.
• Record temperatures and monitor food storage to prevent spoilage.
• Follow recipes and food safety guidelines; assist with special events and fundraisers.
