Responsibilities

• Monitor electrical performance trends.
• Dispositon of holds at electrical test.
• Support general fab operational issues.
• Analyze material and change review boards.
• Investigate abnormal products.
• Perform yield analysis.
• Develop and improve yield characterization methodologies.
• Support process module engineering to improve cost, cycle-time and robustness.
