Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking experienced Tool Install Schedulers to support large-scale semiconductor construction and tool install programs across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites in New Mexico, Arizona, and Ohio.

These roles require strong schedule integration, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination with project managers, engineering, facilities, and vendors to maintain alignment of base build, facility readiness, and tool installation milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction scheduling, project controls, integrated scheduling, or tool install coordination on large industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling principles and construction sequencing logic.
• Experience in schedule reporting, analysis, forecasting, and coordination.
• Ability to work across multiple project teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with project reporting tools and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze schedule data from multiple sources for integrated project scheduling.
• Coordinate alignment between base build, facility readiness, and tool install schedules.
• Generate reports on schedule integration conflicts, sequencing concerns, readiness gaps, and project impacts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and support installation sequencing.
• Identify data inconsistencies across teams and systems.
• Support utility readiness tracking and dependencies for equipment installation.
• Provide schedule analysis for changes, forecasts, and what-if scenarios.
• Develop workload tracking reports, indicators, and dashboards.
• Support schedule integration between construction, installation, and operations milestones.
• Participate in change management and planning meetings.
• Assist with turnover planning and flow optimization.
• Maintain schedule visibility with project managers and vendors.
• Assist with schedule recovery planning and forecasting.
• Support QA/QC for schedule accuracy and reporting quality.
