Job summary

Integra Technologies Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer Level 2 to plan, design, and evaluate test development projects in collaboration with customers to ensure specifications meet requirements.

The role involves developing IC test solutions on ATE platforms, programming test software, configuring lab equipment, and quoting engineering hours and hardware to support customer plans. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; combination of education and experience acceptable.
• 2–4 years of experience in IC test development and test program creation.
• Experience developing test solutions on automated test equipment (ATE) platforms such as Teradyne/Advantest/LTX-Credence.
• Ability to read datasheets and estimate test program development time and material costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop semiconductor component-level test plans to cover device specifications and customer requirements.
• Develop ATE test program hardware and software per approved test plans.
• Configure and program bench lab equipment to meet test requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales to quote engineering hours, platform hours, and test hardware for customer plans.
• Coordinate with Operations to assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness for production tests.
• Troubleshoot issues using test debugging techniques and data analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned.
