Job summary

• Ensure inspection methods are defined and aligned with procedures and specifications.
• Supervise training and certification of operators to latest customer procedures.
• Support ISO AS9100D and ISO 13485 quality systems and product quality requirements.
• Schedule shifts, coordinate overtime, and manage workloads to balance departments.
• Hire and supervise direct reports and conduct performance evaluations.
