Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong Python and Shell scripting skills.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS environments.
• Working knowledge of Ethernet, Infiniband, PCIe.
• Experience with USB, HDMI, I2C, SPI.
• Experience with CPUs and GPUs.
• Proficient in using test equipment for diagnostics and validation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Linux or scripting experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level hardware triage and troubleshooting for PCs and server platforms.

• Identify and resolve setup issues and test failures using structured troubleshooting methodologies.
• Develop test automation using Shell and Python scripting.
• Work with motherboards and GPU platforms in lab environments.
• Work with systems connected by networking protocols including Ethernet, Infiniband and PCIe.
• Operate in Windows and Linux operating systems for test and debug tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support diagnostics, validation, and smooth product transitions in the NPI cycle.
